Is CoolMoo available in different sizes?

Currently, all we offer is a 1 quart/ lite size. We may introduce other sizes in the future.

 

Will CoolMoo fit plastic containers?

Many plastic containers used for milk & dairy products do fit nicely in the CoolMoo.The internal dimensions are approx 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"

 

How many do I have to order for custom artwork?

The minimum for custom artwork is 1000 pieces.

 

Should I freeze the beverage along with the CoolMoo for maximum performance?

No. CoolMoo will do a fine job of keeping the beverage cold on its own. Besides, freezing may affect the quality of some beverages.

 

We use individual creamers & flavored creamers. How would CoolMoo benefit us?

Individual creamers by themselves are somewhat costly, and usually come in 3/8 oz. to 1/2 oz. sizes. Customers tend to use multiple creamers per cup. Also, they lend themselves towards pilferage. Since CoolMoo uses standard retail cartons, it can reduce your creamer costs significantly.

 

We use Flavored Creamers in pint sizes. Will it work for them?

First, most manufacturers also offer the flavored creamers in quart sizes at a reduced cost per oz. Since CoolMoo will hold them cold a full 8 hours, the quart sizes normally work fine. Some of our customers have told us they still use pints for the slow flavors.They have put a cup in the bottom of the CoolMoo to act as a spacer & report that it works great.

 

Can I put CoolMoo in a dishwasher?

Although it is "top rack" dishwasher safe, generally it just requires a light cleaning. Since the beverage never contacts the actual CoolMoo itself, cleaning is a snap.

What is your Return Policy?
